what should i get Mac(notebook) vs PC(laptop)?
i have a laptop for 2 years now and its still going good , its a Dell xps m1330 with windows vista , lately i have been getting into music a lot and was told that macs are good for the creativity that comes along with music ,
should i get a mac or windows laptop as my next Computer?
if you could provide links to good deals in macs(notebooks) for my requirements it would be really helpful
all i want is :
surfing internet
word documents to do assignments etc…. office type work and software development
fast computer that doesn’t slow down
and something that helps well when creating music, thank you.
any help is greatly appreciated.
Toshiba sounds like an impressive laptop but overall it’s the operating systems and compatible software i am most concerned about , isn’t Toshiba a Microsoft laptop?
Yes MAC computers come with garage band, and other nice starter applications but you can create music with other programs on PC.

I recommend a MAC if you are already acquainted with Garage band, If not then get another PC, and buy the programs separately. I guarantee you will save some money! Macs come with nice software, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you can be MORE creative.
Any Macbook you buy today will be able to handle Garage Band.

I recommend the windows Laptop. The Windows laptop should be more than enough for your needs and cost less including the software than the MAC alone.
