how much RAM will support HP ZE4111s Laptop?

I have a laptop (Notebook) with celeron1.6GHz, Combo, 256MB DDR-1 333 RAM, 20GB Hard-disk XP HOME SP2, now i want ot upgrade RAM 256 to 512 or 1GB and want to know how much RAM will work. pls suggest RATE And MB of RAM. I am in india.

Each memory slot can hold DDR PC2700 with a maximum of 512MB per slot.

Meaning the maximum amount of Ram for that laptop is 1gb. 512 per slot.
