exchanged? Also, I’m currently in Seoul Korea, and my laptop’s Alienware, so how would i get service? If i heard correctly alienware’s a subsidy of hp, which is also in Korea, so would i go them for repairs.
Alienware is owned by Dell, HP owns Voodoo. Even though Dell owns Alienware its still a separate company so Dell customer service will not help with non-Dell products like Alienware. If its Alienware you should have a dedicated GPU probably fitted with an mxm slot. If you can find a similar card online you can replace it yourself but very few places sell mxm laptop GPUs.
