Is this a decent laptop?

I found this one on a computer liquidator website, and its right near my town to I can just go pick it up (no shipping).
I realize it isnt the best laptop in the world, but im just wondering if its a complete peice of crap lol. I am looking for something that will hold my adobe photoshop program, run decently, get on the internet, and hold a good amount of photos. Im not too picky, I can just get an external hard drive.
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas?

You said “the proccessor is a bit slow and the RAM is small”… what does that mean exactly? I dont know computer lingo lol

Well let’s say it’s not that bad but it’s kind a too old for this days. The ram and the processor is the most important parts of the computer. It depends on them on how fast is the computer is going to be. According to the specs it’s totally junk on that state. So I think you should just get a newer laptop than this.
