My toshiba laptop won’t let me log in to my Computer; it gets part way sometimes and then quickly?
returns to the startup menu(where you pick your user account). Before this started happening windows security said I was infected with a worm and some trojans and spyware/adware too I think. I have Windows XP. I’ve already tried operating in SAFE mode and using the administrator account but that doensn’t work either. I need help fixing my computer!
At this point the best way to fix it is to install a new operating system using a set of recovery disc. This will write over every thing on the hard drive including the bad bugs so hope you have backed up your important stuff on a regular schedule. Then install an excellent Internet security like Norton Internet Security 2010 and not have these problems again.
